Emery County Warrant Records Emery County Warrant Records

Call the court handling the case. Use the office printed on the notice: Emery County Justice Court for its docket, Seventh District Court for district matters, or Emery County Sheriff’s Office for service information. Keep the case number nearby and confirm current counter details before a visit. These are separate county contacts. A city kiosk or payment form is not a warrant-status confirmation, and a payment receipt should stay separate from any court order. Official status must come from the court that holds the file.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Choose the office from the record or task, rather than from a broad county directory:

  • County service information: call the Sheriff’s Office main line and ask to be routed to the appropriate records or warrant contact. A separate public warrant-unit number was not verified.
  • A missed court date: contact the court shown on the notice. That clerk can explain the docket and the process for asking the judge to address an order.
  • A case balance or payment: use the court’s official instructions for a known amount. A payment does not automatically recall a warrant.
  • Advice about a personal case: speak with a licensed Utah attorney and verify any action with the issuing court.
